Returns & Exchanges Policy

  1. Eligibility for Return or Exchange

Items purchased from our website are eligible for return or exchange within 15 days of delivery, provided that they are unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging with all accompanying accessories and documentation.

  1. Non-Eligible Items

We do not accept returns or exchanges for customized or special order items, items that have been damaged through normal wear and tear or misuse, or items that have been assembled or modified in any way.

  1. Return Process

To initiate a return or exchange, please contact our customer service team at and provide your order number, reason for return/exchange, and any relevant information or photos. Our team will then provide you with further instructions and a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number, which must be clearly displayed on the outside of the return package.

  1. Shipping Costs for Returns

The customer is responsible for the shipping costs associated with returning the item to our warehouse, unless the return is due to our error (e.g., receiving an incorrect or defective item). In such cases, we will provide a prepaid shipping label to facilitate the return process.

  1. Refunds

Once your returned item is received and inspected by our quality control team, we will process your refund within 7-10 business days. The refund amount will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase, minus any applicable shipping fees. Please note that original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

If you wish to exchange an item for a different product or size, please follow the return process outlined above and indicate your exchange preferences in your email to our customer service team. Subject to availability, we will process your exchange request and ship the new item to you at no additional shipping cost. If the exchanged item is of higher value, you will be required to pay the difference in price.
